Q. How do you create an account in the app?
  1. Click ‘Login/Register’ to create an account.
  2. Enter your mobile number. Then, enter the verification code that has been sent through SMS.
  3. Enter account details after the verification. We only request Name, Birthday, and Gender in the account.

*Gender information is requested to know the type of hair service to be done. Birthdays are requested as we provide a birthday month voucher.

Q. How do you make a reservation through the app?
  1. Click on the booking tab below the screen.
  2. If you already have bookings, you will see the existing bookings you have. If so, press the ‘Make Another Booking’ button at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the branch you wish to visit from the drop-down selection.
  4. Select the stylist, hair service, and time for the reservation.
  5. Press ‘Confirm’ and the reservation will be confirmed.
Q. How do I check my package balance within the app?
  1. Click on the ‘Wallet’ tab below the screen.
  2. View the package voucher you wish to check the balance [Example: $1000 + $150]. The balance will be written in the right corner of the voucher [Ex: $1000 left]
  3. You can also see the balance on the screen when you press the package voucher.
Q. How do I change account details (Name, Birthday, Gender)?
  1. Click on the Profile tab on the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Enter your new details on the Name, Gender, or Birthday.
  3. Press the ‘Update Profile’ button located at the top right of the screen.
      *Please note the ‘Update Profile’ button only appears when the account details are changed.
  4. Your details have been successfully changed.
Q. How do I change the mobile number of my account?

Mobile numbers are the main identification for each account so changing it must be done from the backend. If you need to change your mobile number, please let our staff know and share your old and new phone numbers so we can support the mobile number change.

Q. Can I edit/cancel my reservation afterwards?

Sure you can! Go to the ‘Booking’ tab below the screen. ‘Edit’ or ‘Cancel’ are found on each booking. Press on the preferred option found on the booking you wish to change.

Q. How do I view salon location from the app?
  1. Click on the Salon tab below the screen.
  2. Press Locations at the top right of the screen to see the list of salons.
  3. Press [View on map] to view the location in Google Map.
